What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We have decided not to allow comments on the website. We do not collect any information in this way.

Contact forms

The contact form allows you to identify yourself under the name of your choice. Only your email address allows us to respond to your request. Your email is not collected on the website, or registered: it is directly sent to Sue Ure who will use it only to answer you.

We have decided not to use cookies on our website.

However, the use of our ephemeral and seasonal shop requires some cookies essential and specific to the operation of WooCommerce.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Whenever possible, we avoid the use of media from third-party websites and we host them on our own website.

In order to respect your privacy, we have chosen not to collect any visitor information from the site, apart from the access log of the hosting server (which does not allow any individual identification of visitors, in the absence of the statement IP addresses).

Who we share your data with

We keep in our email applications the emails sent via our forms in order to answer you and possibly follow our discussions. These emails are in no way shared with anyone.
The coordinates communicated during an order are then kept in our customer file to track sales and possibly respond to a request from the tax services of our country.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
